VIVI Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy for your first order so you can try Vivi with confidence. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund.

This policy applies to first orders per household, defined as any order sharing the same shipping address, email, or phone number.

 

To request a refund, email us at support@vivilabs.com. If your refund is approved, you’ll need to return the product to us at your own expense before we can process your refund:

 

  • Vivi Welcome Kits: All items in the kit must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Standard Vivi orders: Only unused stick packs must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Refund eligibility: Returned product must contain at least 90% of the original quantity in unopened packaging.

Once we receive and verify your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Any initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately and provide photos.. Vivi will cover the return shipping cost in these cases.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if there’s an issue so we can make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns of opened perishable goods. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We offer free exchanges with no handling fee. Price differences apply if exchanging for a higher-value item. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Bank or card processing times may vary. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, email us at support@vivilabs.com
